We repair steel fuel tanks and other damaged sheet metal parts by using a device call a stud welder. This tool welds studs to the sheet metal part and then a special pulling hammer pulls the damaged sheet metal parts back to near straight condition without putting holes in the part. Then the parts or fuel tank is finished with high end body fillers, primed, and sent to the paint side of the shop.
